AG Power Sales & Service is your locally family owned and operated business with 35 years of experience based in Gawler and providing services throughout the Barossa and South Australia.
The Oakes family owned and operated Ajax Electrical previously, and was managed by Geoff Oakes from 1966-1998. During that time, the business indentured and trained over 20 apprentices, servicing Auto Electrical, Electric Motor Rewinding, Pump Rebuilding and Electric Fence Energisers.
The business serviced trade, government departments, councils and the general public in all repairs and sales of the products rebuilt in the workshop.
In 1998, Ajax Electrical sold part of the business and the rights to its business name. The Agricultural section of the business was retained by Geoff and the legacy of quality and dependability that you have grown to know continues with AG Power Sales & Service.
AG Power has been run on a casual basis from workshops in the Barossa Valley from late 1998-2015, again doing repairs & sales of (mostly);

A decision was made in 2015 to move into our new premises in Gawler and operate on a full time basis. The shopfront includes showroom space, together with a fully equipped workshop facility to handle all pump repairs, rotating auto electrical units and electric fence energisers.
